ACTS and MIRACLES
of the Holy Ghost
~PART TWO~ by General James Green
CHRISTIANITY SHOULD BE DEMONSTRATED--not
only by Gospel preaching/teaching and ethics, but also by the
miraculous. The Scriptures are replete with miracles of every
sort--Praise God! If you do not believe in miracles,
then you do not believe in the Bible.
Anointed Jesus of Nazareth
Jesus did plenty of miracles. This we do not
have to dispute. And as I stated in part one, Jesus did no
miracles, healed no one, cast out no demons, UNTIL the Holy
Ghost came upon Him. Acts 10:38 tells us, "How God
anointed Jesus of Nazareth with the Holy Ghost and with power:
who went about doing good, and healing all that were oppressed of
the devil; for God was with Him."
The word "anointed" (Gk.
"chrio") signified that God "smeared or rubbed Him
with (Holy Ghost) oil and consecrated Him to the office" of
Priest, Prophet, and King. Jesus the man was anointed with
Holy Ghost POWER! With this anointing, Jesus was enabled to
go about doing Spirit-led GOOD things, healing ALL that were
sick, demon possessed and oppressed.
When Jesus ascended up to
Heaven, He sent the Holy Ghost to continue His work in earth,
through the believers. (Acts 3:1-11 gives us the account of the
first miracle after Pentecost.) The day of Pentecost "kicked
off" the miraculous. Read Acts 2:1-47. And tongues were the
sign that the Holy Ghost had been given.
with the Holy Ghost
What was the significance of this wonderful
Pentecostal experience? Here are five main points:
1) It meant
the beginning of the fulfillment of God's promise, spoken in Joel
2:28-29, to pour out His Spirit upon ALL people (every race) at
the end times (see Acts 1:4-5; Matt 3:11; Lk 24:49; Jn 1:33).
2) Since the
last days of this age had begun (Acts 2:17; Heb 1:2; I Pet 1:20),
everyone must now be clearly confronted with the decision to
REPENT from their sins and BELIEVE in Jesus Christ the Lord (Acts
3:19; Matt 3:2; Lk 13:2; Acts 2:17).
disciples were "endued with power from on
high" (Lk 24:49 cf. Acts 1:8), enabling them
to witness for Christ (and this meant more than mere
preaching--it meant performing
too!) and bring great conviction upon the lost in
relation to sin, righteousness, and God's judgments, thus
empowering the disciples to turn the lost from sin to salvation
in Christ (Acts 1:8; 4:13, 33; 6:8; Rom 15:19; Jn 16:8).
4) The Holy
Ghost revealed His Divine nature as the Spirit who desperately
longs to see the lost saved, and the sick, diseased, and
oppressed set free--and we who are filled with the Holy Ghost
ought to feel the same way He does. Don't you long to see
the lost saved? the sick, diseased, and the demon oppressed set
free? (See Acts 2:34-39; 4:12, 33; Rom 9:1-3; 10:1.)
So, dear readers, Pentecost
was the beginning of WORLD MISSIONS! Don't
settle for just a church "song and dance" and a small
spiritual meal once or twice a week. Look to be FILLED with
Holy Ghost POWER!!
disciples in the early Ekklesia became genuine ministers of FIRE
and POWER--Praise our God! They preached a crucified,
resurrected and ascended Christ, but also taught about the Holy
Ghost and the Holy Ghost gifts. HEAR ME! The Holy Ghost
and the gifts of the Holy Ghost did not "die out" after
the disciples died (as too many teach!). NO! Acts 2 tells us, "For
the promise (of the Holy Ghost) is
unto you (Peter's immediate audience),
and to your children, AND TO ALL" --A-L-L!-- "that are afar
off (this is you and I),
even as many as the Lord our God shall call" (v.
The baptism of the Holy Ghost
is for ALL peoples thru ALL centuries--ALL subsequent
generations. This miraculous experience DID NOT DIE or CEASE with
the first century outpouring. I got it in 1971! My wife got it in
1971! Everyone here at ACMTC has got it! It is the birthright
of EVERY Christian to seek, expect, and experience it. Why not get some real HOLY
GHOST POWER in your life, Christians?
Ghost Power--The First Recorded Miracle
Acts 3:1-11 records the first miracle done by
the believers--a crippled man from birth healed by the power of
God. The incredible healing of the beggar stunned all who

Mark 16:17-18 tells us that we
too can lay hands on the sick/diseased and they SHALL recover. I
believe this! The Ekklesia continued to use Jesus' mighty name,
coupled with Holy Ghost power, and demons lost their homes,
sicknesses and diseases lost their control. All this was
done and is being done, even this day, thru faith.
Peter stated that he had no
silver or gold, but would pray for a miracle. Isn't it a real
SHAME (and SHAM!) that today's churches, for the most
part, go for the gold and not for God? They "profess"
so much but "possess" so little. Amen. But we have POWER IN THE
NAME OF JESUS CHRIST.
Where is the miracle-working
power among God's professed people today? Even the Charismatic
and Pentecostal churches have lost their focus of the miraculous
and have gotten their eyes on money. DAMNED CHURCH!
Birth of Christ
Jesus' birth was a miracle (and the birth of
the Ekklesia was a miracle). So, in that sense, miracles were a
part of Jesus' coming, right from the very beginning.
Jesus taught His disciples by
Word and deed. The most vital part of His ministry was
that of the MIRACULOUS. Don't you think you've gone on long
enough without the baptism in the Holy Ghost?
To prove He could forgive sins, Jesus worked
miracles (see Matt 9:6; Mk 2:10; Lk 5:24). It is truly a divine
miracle for sinners to be forgiven and delivered from Satan's
kingdom--this is done only by the miracle-working power of the
Christ Jesus set His Body in order as a
miraculous Body. He gave gifts to men and women to enable them to
do the miraculous (see I Cor 12:28). He NEVER
withdrew those gifts. Men, in their sheer rebellion
and ignorance, have stopped much of the moving of God's Spirit, but God still has
"a people out of a people" who do the miraculous!
These gifts, both supernatural
and natural, are certainly with us until He returns (I Cor
3:1-5). But look at the modern Church: sick, diseased, demon
oppressed, weak, compromising, rebellious, ignorant, greedy,
dull, dumb, sleazy, worldly . . . SINFUL!!
Where is the power? Where are the miracle-working
ministers? the believers? I think of II Timothy 3: "...that
in the last days perilous times shall come. For men shall be
LOVERS OF THEIR OWN SELVES, COVETOUS, BOASTERS, PROUD,
BLASPHEMERS, DISOBEDIENT to parents, UNTHANKFUL, UNHOLY, WITHOUT
NATURAL AFFECTION, TRUCEBREAKERS, FALSE ACCUSERS, INCONTINENT,
FIERCE, DESPISERS of those that are good, TRAITORS, HEADY,
HIGHMINDED, LOVERS OF PLEASURES more than lovers of God; having a
FORM of godliness, but DENYING THE POWER thereof: from such TURN
AWAY" (vv. 1-5).
Did you hear what Paul said?--"...from
such TURN AWAY!!!" Get out and away
from those dead and dry churches, those houses of ill repute. I
did years ago and I've got the power of God still. I've got my
Friends, if you belong to or
help support a church or a group that does not believe or operate
in the miraculous, for Heaven's sake, FORSAKE IT AS FAST AS
YOU CAN! Paul issued the above warning (II Tim 3:1-5) in
order to fortify those ministers and their assemblies who
remained loyal to Christ and His miracle-working power and
revelation. We're to hold fast to what the Bible teaches, not
what false teachers teach.
For sure, we live in an age of
"lovers of their own selves", and the sin has caused an
overwhelming deluge of ungodliness. The modern Church is so sick
and sleazy that it makes Jesus SICK!!
Material and money
lovers!--the churches are full of them. Oh, sure, they
appear (I said A-P-P-E-A-R) to be godly, but they sure lack Holy
Ghost conviction and power! Dead and dry! Cold formalism! Dry
produce children of the devil--DAMNED and PROFANE. There isn't enough power in most
modern churches to save one soul from selfishness, immorality and
SIN! Bastard children, children of whoredoms who RESIST the
Gospel truth always!
"Friends, if you
belong to or help support a church or a group that does not
believe or operate in the miraculous, for Heaven's sake, FORSAKE IT AS
FAST AS YOU CAN!"
The outpouring of the Holy Ghost brought
genuine interest, attention, real conviction, and converts. It
will do the same today. But be WARNED, my dear readers, this will
also bring lots of persecution! We here at ACMTC KNOW this
to be a fact! We've had dozens of hate articles written against
us in the newspapers in many states. We are slandered, wrongly
accused and labeled as a "cult" and as "hate
messengers". TV, radio, internet and word of mouth have
carried many allegations thru the years in order to STOP us!
We've been raided by the police many times (usually after a false
report by our "church" enemies), but God has seen us
thru it all. Every lie out of the pit of Hell has been hurled at
Just lately in our corp, we
had a dispute (we're not glorified saints yet!) which resulted in
having the law pay us a visit. The officer had been to our camp
several times before on friendly terms, but because he is a Roman
Catholic he apparently saw the perfect opportunity to make our
whole camp look bad. He manipulated several key members to fill
out complaints against me, which they did--but later we found out
that he USED those reports to cause me lots of trouble with the
county officials. He had these members exaggerate the problem
which later was picked up by the local newspaper. The first news
report was totally exaggerated and biased. After I personally
talked to the newspaperman and explained the real situation, he
apologized and printed several more realistic articles. However,
this did not stop our hateful enemies (who make it a hobby to
monitor our camp!) from spreading the first article all over the
internet and by word of mouth. Of course the enemies never give
the more true accounts, even if they are eventually
printed. This type of persecution has been going on with us since
The last police officer (state
policeman) that tried to destroy us (having over 3 dozen police
in our Headquarters) lost his job and was made to be the FOOL!
The fabricated story that he had been motivated by was so
exaggerated that it was more than hard to believe--but our
enemies believed it UNTIL the person who started the BIG LIE was
sought for to be arrested. The person left the state to escape
So, dear ones, when
you hear or read something about us, always remember that the
reports are highly exaggerated and biased. We're not
angels, we do make mistakes, but the Devil and his (usually
"Christian") agents work to destroy this work that God
has given us. But praise God, this is WAR! Now our camp is
stronger than ever before. God is doing MANY MIRACLES for us, and
our enemies are our footstool.
Persecution is all part of
Christian growth and fruit-bearing. Time and space limit me from
writing about the times we have endured persecutions similar to
what I have already mentioned. Yet we can look back over the
years and count many souls that God has struck down because of
their attacks against us. Some are literally dead, others
confined to a wheelchair, others have cancer and heart troubles,
and so on. God is our protector. Of course, we always seek to
forgive our enemies, and leave the rest to God and His divine
Thank God for the Holy Ghost!
He (not It) leads and guides us thru our trials and
tribulations. He anoints us with spiritual power to tread down
our enemies when necessary. He gives us power to prevail.
Persecution is part of a godly Christian life. When many
believers get persecuted, they fall away. But we should never let
persecutions get us down--except ONTO OUR KNEES!
The early Apostles prayed for
greater power and boldness (Acts 4:23-31)--the thing that got
them persecuted. Acts 4:29-30 tells us, "And
now, Lord, consider their (the enemies') threats and enable your
servants to speak your word with great boldness. Stretch out your
heal and perform MIRACULOUS SIGNS AND WONDERS thru the name of your holy servant
Jesus." Yes, Lord! Give all of us more
boldness to preach and teach your Word and perform the MIRACULOUS.
The devils HATE THIS!! Yet we must face the enemies of Christ
that breathe out criticisms, persecutions, rejections, and
threats. Don't let fear cause you to be stopped.
The churches today NEED signs, wonders, healings,
miracles--these confirm the
Gospel. Be encouraged, dear Christian, greater is He that is in
you, than he that is in the world. If more MIRACLES were wrought
today, notable miracles, even the dying world would take earnest
notice that we are of Christ. We have seen many come to Christ
because of divine MIRACLES.

Words Of The Spirit
Message #2558 || July 14, 2006
DO NOT BE AFRAID, FOR THE LIVING GOD WILL KEEP US IN PERFECT PEACE.
I speak unto thee this day and I say that it is me the Living God who will keep thee. Therefore
I say do not be afraid. For though the enemies would rant and rage, and plot, and scheme
against thee, I say do not be afraid. I say that it is me the Living God who desires that you
would be kept in perfect peace. It is me the Living God who desires to bring thee forth that
you could be rejoicing always. I say that it has never been my desire that the enemies would
overwhelm and overtake my people. But I say because my people grow afraid, because they
listen to the threats of enemies, because they fall down to the lies of the liar, I say they are
taken into captivity.
But I say that is not my ordination for thee, no not at all. I say that it is my ordination that ye
would hearken unto me, believe in me, and trust that I am able. I say that it is me the Living
God who does enable thee because I keep thee. I say that I keep thee in the way, I keep thee
in the light, I keep thee in the mercy. I say that I bring thee forth by a plain path that you can
rejoice always. Therefore I say unto thee this day do not look to the left nor right but look ye
unto me. Let thy faith, thy hope, thy confidence in me for I the Living God delight to keep
thee. I say that I delight to keep thee in my peace, I delight to keep thee in my light, I delight
to keep thee in my mercy. I say that it is a pleasure unto me to bring thee forth that you can
be made glad always. I say if it is me that you will look to, it is of me that you will receive for
I will come to thee. I say that I will give thee abundance of mercy, abundance of light,
abundance of goodness. I say while the enemy will seek to curse thee, that I the Living God
will bless thee. I say that you shall see that it is me who does prosper thee and increase thee
in my way. I say therefore this day let thy vision be upon me, let thy hope be in me, for I will
keep thee. I say that I will bring thee forth by a plain path, I will uplift thee, instruct thee,
direct thee, correct thee all of thy days.
I say that it is me the Living God who desires to show forth my keeping power unto thee. It
is me the Living God who desires to show that I am able to keep my people even in the most
adverse of circumstances and situations. I say though the enemies will breathe out threatenings,
I say that it is me the Living God who will keep thee encased in my perfect peace. I say that
it is a pleasure unto me to show forth my keeping hand, to show forth my glorious reign, to
show forth that I am well able. I say even though men may take up their vanguards and
threaten and seek to destroy, I say they will not destroy. I say that it is me the Living God who
is well able to hold back the floods of the ungodly, it is me the Living God who is able to stop
the mouths of lions.
I say when my people will be dependent upon me, I say that they are kept time and again. I
say that it is a pleasure unto me the Living God to show that I am able, I am able, I am able.
I say that I am able to uplift my people and bring them forth, I am able to give my people the
peace that comes of me. Therefore I say unto thee this day do not be frightened by the threats
of the wicked, but I say keep stayed upon me. I say keep stayed upon the power, the glory,
the strength of who I am. I say keep stayed upon that which I the Living God will give unto
thee for it is my marvelous light. I say that it is by me that you shall be brought forth, it is by
me that you shall be uplifted, and able to rejoice always. I say that it is in me the Living God
that the life, the strength, the power, the glory is to be found. It is in me the Living God that
you shall see that I will give unto thee all that you have need of, as you are reliant upon me.
I say that it is a blessed thing to be uplifted, to be brought forth, to be given my heavenly
glories. It is a blessed thing to know that while the enemy will seek to coerce thee that I the
Living God will bless thee and bring thee forth in my light.
Therefore I say unto thee this day do not be afraid but have thy confidence in me. I say that
it is me the Living God who desires that you would be kept in the glorious realms that I can
provide. It is me the Living God who desires that you would be kept in the unlimited glories
of who I am. I say that it is a good thing, a sweet thing, a blessed thing to be brought forth in
me, to be rejoicing always, knowing that I am thy maker, and thy keeper, to be uplifted
rejoicing always knowing that it is me the Living God who does purpose thee for my own good
purpose. I say that it is by blessedness that I will uplift thee, it is by mercy that I will bring thee
forth. I say that I will keep my keeping hand over thee to prove that I alone am able. I say
when the enemies think that they have overwhelmed thee and this time you will succumb, I say
that you will rise up victorious. I say that it is me the Living God who will show that I am
triumphant, that I am the victorious, the ruling and reigning King. It is me the Living God who
will show that I am able, I am able, I am able. I say in the midst of confusion, in the midst of
delusion, and madness that I the Living God will give thee a pathway to walk in. I say if you
will stay in that pathway that you will be kept for I will keep thee. I say that you will be uplifted
for I will uplift thee and give thee my life.
I say that it is a wonderful, glorious, marvelous thing to be brought forth in me. It is a glorious,
wonderful, marvelous thing to know that it is me the Living God who is thy life line, it is me
the Living God who is thy strength, thy abundance, thy mercy. I say therefore this day gird
up the loins of your mind, that you be not infiltrated by the lies of the liar. I say the enemies
do seek to beset thee with lies, and overwhelm thee with fear that you will collapse and
succumb to their enticements, their enticements to live in doubt and fear and unbelief and
accusation against me. But I say that you are not meant to entertain those thoughts nor those
lies, but I say that you are meant to stand valiant for the truth. I say that you are meant to
walk in the glorious light of who I am, rejoicing always. I say that it is me the Living God who
is thy life line, it is me the Living God who is thy strength, thy power, thy glory. It is me the
Living God who will bring thee forth that you can rejoice always.
I say that it is a blessed and a beautiful thing to be uplifted, to be brought forth, to be given the
heavenly glories of who I am. I say when it is me that you will believe in, it is me who will bring
thee forth again and again. It is me who will show thee that I am able, I am able, I am able.
I say therefore be glad that it is me the Living God who does pour out the waters of life unto
thee. Be glad that you may drink of the same, rejoicing always in me. Be glad that you may
be brought forth, for I will bring thee forth and ye shall be able to be glad always. I say that
it is a blessed thing to look unto me, to believe in me, to partake of that which I provide. I say
this day why not be strong in the face of opposition and stand for me? I say you do not need
to fear and tremble, but you can walk on knowing that I the Living God will keep thee. I say
you can walk on having thy confidence in me for I am thy maker. I say that it is me who will
privilege thee to partake of the eternal glories, to partake of the everlasting mercies, to partake
of the infinite light of who I am.
I say that it is a pleasure unto me the Living God to show thee that I am well able. It is a
pleasure unto me the Living God to show thee that I bring thee forth, that I uplift thee, that
I give thee my light. I say therefore this day be glad for the privilege to walk in me, to be able
to confess that which I do and to be able to see that I am thy light. I say thank me and praise
me that it is me the Living God who does give the truth continually unto thee. Thank me and
praise me that it is me the Living God who does bring thee forth that you can be made glad
always. I say if you will look unto me in faith believing, if you will believe the words that I give
thee, I say that you will be uplifted able to be rejoicing always. But I say that if you fall down
to wicked men, if you fall down to liars and false accusers, I say that their poison will seep into
thee. I say this day that I do not call thee to be poisoned but I call thee to tread upon serpents
and they shall be harmless. For I say that it is me the Living God who will empower thee to
come forth in the victory that I have ordained. It is me the Living God who will keep thee
despite the circumstance, the situation, the testing, the trying of thy faith.
I say therefore this day be glad to be uplifted, to be rejoicing, to be walking in the light that I
give thee. Be glad to be knowing that it is me the Living God who is the life line of hope
provided unto thee. Be glad to be knowing that as you are looking unto me, that you are kept
for I do keep thee. I say that it is me the Living God who will keep thee in peace, keep thee
in light, keep thee in mercy. It is me the Living God who will bring thee forth as you will but
be believing in me. I say that it is not by treachery that men shall overwhelm thee but it is by
peace that I will keep thee.
I say that it is me the Living God who is ahead of all enemies that have arrayed themselves
against thee. It is me the Living God who will show thee that I will direct thee, instruct thee,
and guide thee in my way. Therefore I say do not be ashamed to proclaim the truth, do not
be afraid to declare who I am. I say that it is me the Living God who does purpose thee for my
own good purpose. It is me the Living God who does uplift thee and give thee my light. I say
if it is me that you desire to look unto, it is me who will bring thee forth again and again. It is
me who will show thee that I am able, I am able, I am able, I am able.
I say therefore this day be glad to be uplifted, be glad to be rejoicing, be glad to be knowing
that I am thy refuge. I say that it is me the Living God who is the light, the strength, the
power, the glory. It is me the Living God who will show thee that I can uplift thee and direct
thee, and correct thee and also instruct thee and keep thee. I say that you do not need to be
afraid of the plots, of the threats of the wicked, but you can walk on in me. I say that I the
Living God have called thee to complete the course that is put before thee, rejoicing always.
I say that I have called thee to walk in the glorious light of who I am, rejoicing that it is me who
does keep thee in perfect peace.
I say therefore this day be glad to be believing, be glad to be receiving of me. Be glad to be
knowing that it is me the Living God who does keep thee, who does direct thee, who does
instruct thee, who does guide thee in the way of life. Be glad that it is me that you can be
believing in, all of thy days. I say that it is by blessedness that ye are uplifted and brought
forth. I say that it is by blessedness that you are given the mercies of who I am. I say that it
is me the Living God who will show thee that I am able, I am able, I am able. I say that I am
able to bring thee forth, I am able to give thee light, I am able to bestow my mercies upon
thee. I say that it is me the Living God who desires that you would be victorious, that you
would be triumphant, that you would be declaring my keeping hand over thee. I say that it is
me the Living God who will show thee again, again, and again that I am well able. I say that
I am able to keep my people, I am able to uplift them and direct them in the way. I say that
I am able to bring my people forth by a plain path, that they can be made glad always. I say
therefore this day do not give in to the temptation to fear, to accuse, to doubt, and to
disbelieve me. But I say continue to believe in me, and you will see that it is me the Living God
who is able to keep thee, keep thee, and keep thee all of thy days.
